System of quality

 

Companies working in food industry have to face the heightened requirements of customers, wholesale and retail trading networks, executive power bodies which strictly control the quality of the manufactured production, standardize the processes of marking, distribution and following of finished product. Compliance with these requirements is becoming a necessary condition of presence at the market and is a stimulating factor of constant improvement of the supply chains and quality of the production.

 Nowadays, for the complete assurance of consumers in the fact that they will be constantly receiving from a producer the goods of the quality they need, additional guarantees are required. 

The production of JSC "Murmansk Trawl Fleet" is highly competitive and is successfully sold at the world market of Europe, England, USA, Canada and countries of the Est. Its safety is confirmed by the fact that the fleet vessels possess fishing vessel EU numbers given by EU commission and which allow to export the production to European market.

 All the production we produce is certificated and implemented system of internal control of quality and safety management which include also HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system is evidence for a consumer that Murmansk Trawl Fleet has created all the conditions for steady producing of high-quality and safe production. 

Historic information .

The system HACCP has being developed since 1959 by the company Pillsbury NASA with the purpose of creating a system of safety food production for cosmonauts.  

According to the idea HACCP is a preventive system giving a system approach to the safety of food substances. 

A wide applying of HACCP system in food industry began in 1990-s of XX century. 

Nowadays, having been undergone some changes, additions and corrections HACCP system is internationally recognized as an effective management system of safety food production. It is recognized by such authorities in science as National Academy of Science and by international organizations such as Food Sanitary Committee of Codex Alimentarius. 

  Our system of quality and safety management is a complex of documents, organized structure of production processes which are necessary for implement of hazard analysis over critical points chosen. This is a straight and logical control system based on problems prevention - an approach of common sense to safety assurance of the produced production.
